FAQ page is available for the users.

If existing questions are not similar with the user's in FAQ page;
HELP button will be available for the users who need to ask an expert for any assistance or guidance, suggest a new feature or improvement on App.
1) If the user is offline; user name and password will be requested from the user in order to identify the user's level (whether administrative or individual)
2) If the user is online, system? will determine the user's level automatically
3) According to user's level, user will be navigated to new page in order to text the requests / suggestions to be delivered to info@democrathink.com
4) After receiving the request / suggestion, an automatic notification will be delivered to related user's e-mail account
5) After reviewing the request / suggestions, answer will be delivered to user via e-mail or answer will be declared via calling
